Job Description

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive – Amazon & Flipkart to manage marketplace operations, advertising, inventory and reporting. We are looking for someone with practical seller-account experience, strong Excel skills and excellent written English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub, including listings, catalogue updates, product variations, pricing and inventory.
  • Process orders and coordinate dispatch schedules, shipment labels, pickups and timely fulfilment.
  • Handle Amazon FBA shipment creation, labelling, replenishment, warehouse delivery coordination and shipment reconciliation.
  • Manage applicable Flipkart fulfilment processes, warehouse shipments and stock availability.
  • Create and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns through keyword research, bid adjustments, budget management and negative keywords.
  • Manage Flipkart advertising and monitor campaign results.
  • Analyse advertising spend, sales, ACOS and ROAS to identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Handle returns, refunds, account-health issues, listing errors and marketplace-support cases.
  • Maintain accurate Excel reports for sales, inventory, advertising and payment reconciliation.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF formulas, sorting, filtering and data cleaning.
  • Strong computer skills, including email, file management, online dashboards and bulk-upload templates.
  • Excellent written English for product titles, descriptions, professional emails and seller-support communication.
  • Good numerical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organise daily tasks, meet deadlines and take responsibility for assigned work.

  • Salary: ₹12,000–₹21,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Proposed Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:30 AM–1:45 PM

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their Excel proficiency and practical knowledge of marketplace operations and advertising.
