Job Description
- Manage and monitor all major online marketplaces, including Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
- Handle complete day-to-day e-commerce operations across all platforms.
- Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and marketplace targets.
- Analyse sales reports, MIS, and marketplace data to improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, customer issues, and product updates.
- Manage and guide the e-commerce team and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Identify platform issues and coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and sales campaigns.
- Ensure products are properly listed, updated, and available across all platforms.
