Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer (Electrical) to join our engineering team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical drawings and technical documents, and executing project deliverables with accuracy and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities

•      Prepare and review Electrical Drawings and related technical documents.

•      Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Schematic Drawings, Cable Schedules, Bills of Materials (BOM), General Arrangement (GA) and Internal General Arrangement (IGA) of Panels.

•      Work on assigned projects based on allocation and priority as directed by the project lead.

•      Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ongoing and completed projects.

•      Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

•      Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.

Required Software Skills

•      AutoCAD – Proficient in 2D electrical drafting and drawing preparation.

•      EPLAN – Experience in electrical design using EPLAN Electric P8 or similar.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

•      Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

•      Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Design.

•      Prior experience in panel design, SLD preparation, or industrial electrical projects preferred.
