Job Description
- Design, develop, and test integrated mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
- Create machine concepts, 3D models, engineering drawings, and prototype assemblies.
- Select motors, sensors, controllers, actuators, cameras, and other suitable components.
- Develop PLC, microcontroller, Raspberry Pi, and embedded-system control programs.
- Design electrical panels, wiring diagrams, power circuits, and safety interlocks.
- Integrate machine vision, robotics, motion control, and industrial communication systems.
- Perform system calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance testing.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electronics, software, production, and quality-control teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials, test reports, and user manuals.
- Support machine installation, customer demonstrations, operator training, and continuous product improvement.
