Factory Supervisor

Supervise daily factory and production activities.

Allocate work to workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.

Monitor production targets, output, and productivity.

Ensure production is completed as per schedule and requirements.

Check quality of products and ensure company quality standards are maintained.

Monitor raw material usage and minimize material wastage.

Coordinate with the Production Manager, Store, Quality, and other departments.

Maintain proper discipline, attendance, and punctuality of workers.

Ensure workers follow safety rules and factory procedures.

Identify production issues and take immediate corrective action.

Maintain daily production, manpower, and material-related records.

Monitor machines and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.

Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the factory floor.

Train and guide workers regarding production processes and safety procedures.

Handle day-to-day worker-related issues professionally.

Ensure smooth shift operations and timely completion of assigned work.

Report daily production status and major issues to the Factory/Production Manager.
