Job Description

A Fashion Consultant has to manage customer relationships, drives apparel or accessory sales, and maintain showroom environment.



Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in clients, conduct consultations, and provide personalized styling or product advice.
  • Sales & Targets: Drive revenue to meet or exceed monthly and campaign-specific sales quotas.
  • Order & Account Management: Handle billing, custom measurements, product quality checks and follow-ups for deliveries.
  • Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain clean floor displays, track stock levels, and support visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabric types, garment construction, and seasonal collections.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 4+ years in fashion retail, apparel sales, luxury boutiques, or customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, MS Excel, and digital payment handling.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and a customer-first mindset.
