Job Description
Key Responsibilities
*Field Sales & Customer Visits*
* Visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers and other HORECA outlets regularly.
* Identify and approach potential customers.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
*Product Sales & Order Generation*
* Present and promote products to potential customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Generate sales orders and repeat business.
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
*Sales Target & Follow-up*
* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
* Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and payments.
* Convert prospects into regular customers.
*Market Development*
* Generate new leads and expand customer base.
* Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
* * Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
*Reporting & Coordination*
* Maintain accurate daily visit, lead and sales reports.
* Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Accounts for timely order fulfilment.
* Handle customer queries and coordinate for complaint resolution.
* Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Inquiry → Order → Delivery → Repeat Order.
