Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Sell company products, including Agarbatti, Dhoop Sticks, and other fragrance products.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and bulk buyers.
• Visit different regions across Surat to generate sales and develop new business.
• Contact online leads received through Google and other online platforms, schedule appointments, visit customers, and deliver effective sales pitches.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Take customer orders, follow up on pending orders, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, lead details, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and management team for order processing and dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Knowledge of distributor and retailer development.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Willingness to travel across different regions of Surat for field sales.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
