FMCG Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our Products across retail stores, grocery shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors and other potential B2B-B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily market visits and shop-to-shop sales.

Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, hotels and distributors.

Introduce and explain Product and its key features to potential customers.

Generate new customers and develop long-term business relationships.

Take orders and follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Identify new markets and potential retailers/distributors.

Maintain proper records of visits, orders, payments and customer details.

Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitors and customer requirements.

Coordinate with the company/team for order processing and delivery.

Ensure proper product presentation and visibility at retail outlets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Good knowledge of sales and marketing.

Confidence to approach new customers.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned market.

Previous FMCG/food-product sales experience will be an advantage.

Main Goal:

To increase the distribution, retail presence and sales of Product by acquiring new retailers, distributors and B2B-B2C customers.
