About EpiclaneEpiclane is a customized gifting and product manufacturing company creating corporate gifts, desk accessories, calendars, pen stands, trophies, gift sets, personalized products, MDF/acrylic products, and other customized items.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Product Design & Graphic Designer who can create production-ready CDR/CAD files for product manufacturing as well as graphics for product presentation and marketing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign new products and develop concepts based on requirements, references, or ideas.
• Create accurate CDR/vector/CAD files for product manufacturing.
• Prepare files for laser cutting, laser engraving, printing, and other production processes.
• Design MDF, acrylic and similar fabricated products with proper dimensions, slots, joints, cutouts, and assembly considerations.
• Convert product ideas, sketches, reference images, or measurements into production-ready designs.
• Modify existing product designs according to size, branding, customer requirements, or production needs.
• Create vector artwork, logos, engraving files, patterns, layouts, and other production graphics.
• Create product graphics, mockups, promotional creatives, catalogue graphics, and basic social media creatives.
• Edit and enhance product photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
• Prepare customer branding and customization artwork before production.
• Coordinate with the production team to test designs and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain organized design files and product-wise CDR/CAD files.
• Develop new product concepts and continuously improve existing products.

Software Skills RequiredCorelDRAW – Mandatory

• Strong knowledge of vector designing.
• CDR file preparation.
• Node editing, curves, outlines and object manipulation.
• Accurate sizing and dimension-based designing.
• Laser cutting and engraving file preparation.

Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory

• Product image editing.
• Background removal and replacement.
• Color correction and image enhancement.
• Creating product mockups and marketing graphics.

CAD / Technical Designing – Preferred

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software is an advantage.
• Ability to understand dimensions, measurements, tolerances and product construction.
• Candidate RequirementsStrong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop is compulsory.
• Good understanding of vector graphics and production files.
• Ability to create designs with accurate measurements.
• Creative thinking with practical product-design skills.
• Ability to understand how individual 2D parts will assemble into a finished product.
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors and branding.
• Ability to recreate or develop designs from reference images.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and revisions.
• Experience with laser cutting, engraving, MDF, acrylic, printing, signage, packaging, customized gifting, or product manufacturing will be highly preferred.

Primary Goal of the RoleThe primary responsibility is to turn product ideas into accurate, attractive and production-ready designs.

The designer should be capable of handling the complete process from:

Idea / Reference → Product Design → CDR/CAD Production File → Prototype Correction → Final Production File → Product Graphics

The candidate should not be limited to social media graphic designing. Strong CorelDRAW skills and the ability to create practical product/manufacturing designs are essential for this position.
