Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the RoleSoftieons is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create eye-catching graphics, engaging videos, and high-quality marketing creatives for our IT products, software solutions, CRM platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with professional graphic design and video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Create marketing creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Edit promotional videos, product demo videos, reels, and short-form video content.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and other professional video editing tools.
• Design website graphics, landing page visuals, thumbnails, and marketing assets.
• Create engaging promotional content for software products, CRM solutions, and company branding.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and videos.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver creatives on time.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to create motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and social media reels.
• Knowledge of video transitions, effects, audio syncing, and basic color correction.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other creative tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI design and video generation tools is a plus.
• A creative mindset, good time management, and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• A strong portfolio of graphic designs and edited videos is required.
• Candidates should be able to manage both graphic design and video editing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with exceptional skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between ₹25,000 and ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
