Job Description

 Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and structured onboarding.

Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and staff, resolve workplace conflicts, handle grievances, and conduct

 Develop, update, and implement company policies while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal/national labor laws.

Performance & Development: Oversee performance appraisal systems, goal-setting processes, and employee training or career development programs

Compensation & Benefits: Administer salary structures, payroll coordination, health/wellness programs, and benefits enrollment

HR Analytics: Track key workforce metrics (such as turnover rate and time-to-hire) to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
