Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end influencer partnerships, fragrance community outreach, and on-ground brand activations. This includes scouting fragrance reviewers, negotiating commercial terms, writing creative story-driven briefs, monitoring content quality, and planning experiential offline marketing setups.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Scouting & Outreach: Identify genuine fragrance reviewers, lifestyle creators, and niche micro/macro-influencers across Instagram and YouTube with strong engagement.
Commercial Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing per post/reel, coordinate gifting vs. paid collaborations, manage deliverables, and ensure brand-safe terms.
Scriptwriting & Creative Direction: Develop hooks, angles, and content guidelines focused on product experience, mood, projection, and notes rather than plain direct sales pitches.
Execution & Logistics: Coordinate dispatch of PR kits and sample bottles, verify parcel tracking, and confirm delivery timelines.
Content Approval & Quality Control: Review draft videos to ensure correct lighting, bottle positioning, proper brand taggings, clear audio, and adherence to the brief.
Tracking & ROI Reporting: Maintain detailed collaboration records (reach, views, engagement, discount-code conversions, and cost per view).
Offline Activation & BTL Marketing: Brainstorm and execute offline concepts such as in-store fragrance sampling bars, mall pop-ups, lifestyle event sponsorships, and customer scent-testing activations.
