Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who can handle inbound + outbound leads, explain our restaurant & hotel billing software (Trackable), and convert prospects into paying customers.

This is a target-driven role focused on lead conversion, follow-ups, and customer onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Conversion

1. Handle inbound leads from ads, website, WhatsApp, and referrals
2. Make outbound calls to interested prospects
3. Understand customer requirements (restaurant, café, hotel, salon etc.)
4. Pitch Trackable POS/PMS software effectively

Product Demo & Sales

• Give product demos (Google Meet / Zoom / Call)
• Explain features like billing, inventory, reports, etc.
• Handle objections and close deals

Follow-ups & Pipeline Management

1. Maintain daily follow-ups with prospects
2. Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets
3. Ensure no lead is missed

Coordination

1. Coordinate with onboarding / support team after closure
2. Ensure smooth customer onboarding

Required Skills

1. Strong communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
2. Good convincing & negotiation skills
3. Comfortable with calling & video demos
4. Basic understanding of sales process.

Targets & KPIs

1. Daily calls & follow-ups
2. Demo-to-conversion ratio
3. Monthly revenue target
4. Lead response time

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience)
• Incentives: Per successful closure (high earning potential)
• Performance-based growth
