Insurance Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Advisor / Insurance Sales Executive who is comfortable with field work and has a strong interest in sales.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, understanding their insurance and financial protection needs, explaining suitable insurance solutions, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular field visits and meet prospective customers.
• Generate new leads through direct meetings, references, networking, and local market activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, premiums, and policy features clearly to customers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular follow-up with clients.
• Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and convincing skills.
• Good learning ability and quick understanding of products.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers personally.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to understand customer needs and build trust.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or field sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales ability can also apply.
