🚀 Job Overview: We are hiring for the international voice process(US Dental Insurance Verification & Billing process)
Freshers are welcome – complete training will be provided.
Excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in US Healthcare (Dental RCM).
🔹 Key Responsibilities: Insurance Verification:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility & benefits
- Break down coverage (deductible, maximum, frequencies, waiting periods)
- Update accurate insurance notes in PMS
Dental Billing:
- Submit claims (primary & secondary)
- Payment posting from EOBs
- Handle claim denials, rejections & resubmissions
- AR follow-up (pending insurance claims)
🔹 Required Skills (Freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
- Good English communication
- Willingness to learn & attention to detail
🎓 Training & Growth:
- Complete training provided for freshers
- Hands-on exposure to real US dental cases

💰 Salary & Benefits
- Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month
