Jr. Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain accounting records and files.
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable).
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g, MCS)
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
