पद का नाम: साइट हेल्पर / मजदूर

  1. 1. काम क्या-क्या करना होगा?साइट पर वेल्डिंग, फिटिंग और रंग-पेंट के काम में मदद करना।
  2. लोहे, पाइप, प्लेट, मशीन और दूसरे सामान को उठाना और सही जगह पर रखना।
  3. सामान को एक जगह से दूसरी जगह ले जाना।
  4. वेल्डर, फिटर, पेंटर और दूसरे कारीगरों को काम में मदद करना।
  5. काम के लिए जरूरी औजार और सामान लाकर देना।
  6. काम पूरा होने के बाद औजार और सामान सही जगह पर रखना।
  7. साइट पर सफाई रखना और कचरा सही जगह पर डालना।
  8. सामान को गिनने, छाँटने और व्यवस्थित रखने में मदद करना।
  9. बड़े या भारी सामान को उठाने और रखने में दूसरे मजदूरों की मदद करना।
  10. सुपरवाइजर या साइट इंचार्ज के बताए काम को सही तरीके से करना।
  11. जरूरत पड़ने पर साइट पर दूसरे जरूरी कामों में मदद करना।
  12. 2. काम करने के नियमरोज समय पर साइट पर आना।
  13. काम के समय बिना बताए काम की जगह नहीं छोड़ना।
  14. जो काम बताया जाए, उसे ध्यान से सुनना और सही तरीके से करना।
  15. काम में कोई परेशानी हो तो सुपरवाइजर को बताना।
  16. बिना पूछे मशीन या औजार का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना।
  17. साइट पर लड़ाई-झगड़ा या गाली-गलौज नहीं करना।
  18. काम के समय मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल कम करना।
  19. बिना अनुमति सामान साइट से बाहर नहीं ले जाना।
  20. 3. सुरक्षा के नियमकाम करते समय हेलमेट, जूते, दस्ताने और चश्मा जैसे जरूरी सुरक्षा सामान पहनना।
  21. वेल्डिंग के पास बिना सुरक्षा के खड़े नहीं होना।
  22. भारी सामान उठाते समय सावधानी रखना और जरूरत पड़ने पर दूसरे मजदूर की मदद लेना।
  23. चलती मशीन या बिजली के तार को बिना अनुमति नहीं छूना।
  24. ऊँचाई पर काम करते समय सुरक्षा के नियमों का पालन करना।
  25. कोई चोट लगने या खतरा दिखने पर तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को बताना।
  26. बिना ट्रेनिंग के वेल्डिंग, बिजली या मशीन का खतरनाक काम नहीं करना।
  • 4. कामगार से उम्मीदमेहनत और ईमानदारी से काम करना।
  • समय पर काम पूरा करने में मदद करना।
  • सामान को टूटने, खराब होने या खोने से बचाना।
  • अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
  • साइट को साफ और सुरक्षित रखना।

ध्यान रखें: काम सही तरीके से करना और अपनी तथा दूसरों की सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना हर कामगार की जिम्मेदारी है।
