Medical Store Executive – Ayurvedic Hospital

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ayurvedic medical store.
• Dispense Ayurvedic medicines and products to patients as per prescriptions/instructions.
• Maintain proper stock of Ayurvedic medicines, products and medical supplies.
• Receive, check and arrange medicines received from suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely purchase/replenishment.
• Check expiry dates and maintain proper stock rotation.
• Maintain purchase, sales, stock-in and stock-out records.
• Prepare and maintain basic bills/invoices and store-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors and hospital staff regarding medicine requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for orders, deliveries and stock availability.
• Keep the medical store clean, organized and properly maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of medicines issued to patients and hospital departments.

Eligibility:

• Graduate candidates can be considered.
• Freshers can be considered; relevant experience in an Ayurvedic medical store, hospital, pharmacy store or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Candidates should have good communication, organizational and record-keeping skills.
