Job Description

Role Overview

Support the store sales team by welcoming customers and handling the hands-on work behind each sale.


Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers warmly and direct them to the sales executive

Assist the staff member attending the customer with whatever is needed

Change watch straps and bracelets

Resize bracelets

Pack watches and orders neatly

Keep display counters, stock and the store tidy

Follow instructions from the sales team and complete tasks quickly


Requirements

Basic knowledge of watches (straps, bracelets, resizing) is preferred, but freshers who learn quickly are welcome

Good hand coordination and attention to detail

Polite, presentable and customer-friendly

Able to understand and speak Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)

Willing to work on the store floor for the full shift


Good to Have

Previous experience in a watch, jewellery or retail store

Experience handling tools like bracelet pin removers and spring bar tools
