Patient Enquiry Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
• Provide basic information about hospital services, treatments, doctors, appointments and procedures.
• Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate department or doctor.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Follow up with enquiries and prospective patients.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups and appointments.
• Coordinate with the reception, doctors and other hospital teams to ensure smooth patient handling.
• Assist patients with their basic queries and provide timely information.
• Follow up with patients after enquiries/appointments when required.
• Support the team in converting genuine enquiries into appointments and consultations.

Eligibility

• Graduate / 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can be considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in patient handling, customer service, telecalling, hospital front office, healthcare sales or a similar role.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, Ayurvedic centre or healthcare organization will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
