ZILVA is a growing *925 Sterling Silver Jewellery Manufacturing* company based in Varachha, Surat. We are looking for a responsible, active and trustworthy *Peon / Office Boy* to support our day-to-day office and factory activities.

🔹 *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangement of office areas

• Serve tea, water and refreshments to staff & visitors

• Handle basic office errands and daily tasks

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels and materials when required

• Assist with photocopying, printing and document handling

• Support office staff in day-to-day administrative activities

• Assist in arranging files, documents and office materials

• Help with basic factory/office support work

• Coordinate with different departments as required

• Perform other routine office duties assigned by management

🔹 *WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR*

✅ Responsible, punctual and disciplined

✅ Good communication and cooperative nature

✅ Able to follow instructions properly

✅ Honest and trustworthy

✅ Active and willing to take responsibility

✅ Basic reading/writing knowledge preferred

✅ Previous office/factory experience will be an advantage
