Job Description

  • Hiring Criteria & EligibilityWork Location & Distance: Candidate’s residence must be within 10 km of the warehouse.
  • Location Address: Utkarsh Agrochem Pvt. Ltd., 1st Floor, Plot No. 230, Kalathiya Corporation, Diamond Nagar - 2, Kholvad, Taluka: Kamrej, District: Surat – 394190.
  • Job Timings: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Strictly non-negotiable).
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years in a manufacturing plant environment (Agrochem, Pharma, FMCG, or Packaging units preferred).
  • Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.

  • Reporting To: Operations & Warehouse Head / Director
  • Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month
  • Role Nature: Hands-on, floor-level leadership role managing daily line execution, machinery operations, and workforce coordination.
  1. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Line Execution
  • Convert daily/weekly requirements into hourly shift targets to ensure output goals are met.
  • Optimize throughput by keeping filling, labeling, sealing, or packaging lines running continuously.
  • Skillfully balance operators across work stations based on individual capabilities.
  1. Technical & Machine Troubleshooting
  • Step in directly on the floor to clear mechanical snags and avoid production halts.
  • Train operators on safe equipment handling, speed settings, and reducing material waste.
  1. 5S, Housekeeping & Floor Discipline
  • Enforce tool discipline so all measuring tools, beakers, and components are returned to designated spots immediately.
  • Oversee end-of-day machine deep cleaning to prevent cross-contamination and prolong machine life.
  • Maintain clean, organized aisles free of spills or scattered inventory.
  1. Reporting & Team Leadership
  • Record daily production numbers, total runtime hours, and batch variances at the end of every shift.
  • Maintain high energy on the floor to keep ground-level labor motivated across the full shift.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Output: Achieve >95% of daily planned production targets.
  • Quality: Keep material spillage, batch leakage, and packaging damage below 0.5%.
  • Discipline: Maintain 100% compliance on tool audits and machine cleaning routines.
  • Punctuality: Ensure line readiness and machine warm-ups so operations start right at 8:00 AM.
