Project Manager – CVD Plant & Solar Projects

• We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to manage and coordinate our existing CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant, future plant expansions, and upcoming Solar Projects.

Job Description

• The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, procurement coordination, execution, monitoring, and timely completion of industrial projects.
• The candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and the accounts team to ensure smooth project execution, timely material availability, and proper follow-up of all pending activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Source vendors and suppliers for project requirements.
• Compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate Purchase Orders (PO) and material procurement.
• Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with electrical/mechanical engineers and contractors.
• Track pending work, project timelines, material requirements, and payments.
• Monitor work progress at project sites.
• Maintain purchase records, warranties, quotations, and project documents.
• Prepare regular project progress and status reports for management.
• Obtain technical approvals from engineers wherever required.
• Coordinate procurement and execution activities for CVD plant expansion and solar projects.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Industrial Projects, Procurement, or Project Coordination.
• Electrical/Mechanical Diploma or Engineering background preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment, machinery, piping, utilities, and solar materials.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, procurement, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and project reporting.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple vendors, contractors, and project activities.
• Willing to visit project sites as required.
