Job Description

तत्काल भरती जल्दी करो : - SUNDAY 1 BONUS + LUNCH

● जाँचे गए हर पीस के लिए नीचे दिए गए सभी 8 क्वालिटी पैरामीटर के आधार पर माप/ऑब्ज़र्वेशन की जाँच करें और उन्हें रिकॉर्ड करें।

● कंपनी के ग्रेडिंग नियमों (A/B/C ग्रेड या रिजेक्ट) के अनुसार, डिफ़ेक्ट, कट या शेड में अंतर वाले फ़ैब्रिक को मार्क करें, टैग करें या अलग करें।

● बार-बार होने वाले या बड़े डिफ़ेक्ट की जानकारी तुरंत क्वालिटी हेड/सुपरवाइज़र को दें, इसके लिए शिफ्ट खत्म होने का इंतज़ार न करें।

● जाँचे गए हर लॉट के लिए सही, पीस-वाइज़ इंस्पेक्शन रिकॉर्ड/लॉग (मैनुअल रजिस्टर या सिस्टम एंट्री) बनाए रखें।

● जब कोई बैच चेकिंग में फ़ेल हो जाए, तो आगे खराब आउटपुट को रोकने के लिए प्रोडक्शन/प्रोसेसिंग टीमों के साथ तालमेल बिठाएँ।

● सही इंस्पेक्शन के लिए चेकिंग टेबल, मापने के टूल और लाइटिंग/इक्विपमेंट को ठीक से काम करने की स्थिति में रखें।
