Job Description
Assist in online & in-clinic consultations.
Understand patient concerns, expectations & treatment needs.
Explain procedures, packages, timelines, and pre/post-care.Coordinate doctor consultations and present patient details clearly.
Handle objections regarding cost, timing, fear, or competitor comparison.
Follow up with patients and convert high-intent leads to bookings.
Share WhatsApp guidelines, photos, forms, and appointment details.
Update CRM with accurate notes, status, next follow-up, and feedback.Assist patients with payment, booking dates & surgery scheduling.
