Job Description
We are looking for a Calling & Website Executive to handle customer calls, website inquiries, and basic website-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Handle and update website inquiries and basic website content.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team.
- Maintain customer and inquiry records.
- Support daily sales and business activities.
Requirements
- Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Good computer and internet knowledge.
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of website handling is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: Surat, Gujarat | On-Site
