- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up with clients
- Generate sales through phone calls, WhatsApp, and customer visits
- Maintain good relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Coordinate with dispatch and accounts departments when required
