Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and social selling (LinkedIn, etc.).


Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions offered by OptigoApps.


Pitching & Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.


Negotiation & Closing: Handle client negotiations, address objections, and successfully close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.


Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to spot new sales opportunities.


Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, customer interactions, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
