Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers through calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
  • Explain products/services to customers and convince them to make a purchase.
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers regularly.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order and customer handling.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good knowledge of customer handling and sales techniques.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Target-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
