Sales Executive

About the RoleSoftieons is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Software Demo & Sales Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers.

You will work closely with our telecalling team, receive interested prospects, demonstrate our software products online, follow up with potential customers, and close deals.

This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys presenting products, convincing customers, negotiating, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online product demonstrations for interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software features and benefits.
• Handle qualified leads generated by the telecalling team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Answer customer questions, handle objections, and negotiate pricing.
• Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the telecalling team to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with the internal team for payment collection and customer handover after closing.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
• Confidence in conducting online demos and explaining software products.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• A sales-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online meeting tools.
• Previous experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and convincing skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Additional performance-based sales incentives.
• Higher earning potential for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Product training and sales support provided.
