- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with EPC companies, solar installers, developers, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, field visits, and networking.
- Promote and sell solar mounting structures and related products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Maintain client records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar, manufacturing, or EPC industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
