Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tile adhesive, tile grout, BJM, or construction chemical sales.
  • Strong dealer and distributor network preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits.
  • Experience in Gujarat’s construction chemical market will be an advantage.
