Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the client base, and executing marketing strategies for our software products (e.g., CRM, ERP, Billing, HRM, Custom Solutions). This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a talent for closing deals.

  1. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, social media, cold calling, email campaigns, and events.
  2. Client Engagement: Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects based on their business needs.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and nurture leads through the complete sales funnel using CRM tools.
  4. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Marketing Collaboration: Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
  6. Proposal & Quotation: Create customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
  7. Customer Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights to the product team for product improvement and future development.
  8. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to position offerings effectively.
  9. Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
  10. Post-Sales Coordination: Work with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software or IT sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Preferred Skills:Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead gen tools
  • Knowledge of India GST software or business automation tools (CRM, ERP, Billing, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
