Job Title: Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Write captions and coordinate graphics, photos, videos, and other creative content.
• Manage the social media content calendar and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions.
• Grow and engage the organization’s online community.
• Track social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns where required.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, PR, and other teams.
• Work with influencers, creators, and brand partners when appropriate.
• Help manage the company’s online reputation and respond appropriately to social media issues or crises.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and copywriting skills, creativity, knowledge of major social platforms, content planning, basic graphic/video editing, analytics and reporting, time management, and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
