Store Staff – Kids Play ZoneJob Title: Store Staff / Store Executive

Department: Store / Operations

Reports To: Store In-Charge / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory ManagementReceive, check, count, and properly store all materials, toys, merchandise, stationery, cleaning supplies, and other store items.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Stock Issue & DistributionIssue required materials to different departments against proper requisitions/approval.
• Maintain records of all stock received, issued, returned, damaged, or missing.
• Daily Stock CheckingConduct regular physical stock checks and immediately report any shortage, excess, damage, or discrepancy to the Store In-Charge/Management.
• Merchandise ManagementMaintain proper arrangement and availability of kids' merchandise, toys, gifts, snacks, or other saleable items, wherever applicable.
• Ensure products are clean, properly labelled, and displayed appropriately.
• Purchase & Receiving SupportAssist in receiving deliveries and verify quantity and condition against invoices/challans.
• Report damaged, expired, or incorrect items to the concerned senior.
• Store Cleanliness & OrganizationKeep the store room clean, organized, dry, and safe.
• Ensure every item has a designated storage location for easy identification and access.
• Record KeepingMaintain stock registers, issue/return records, purchase records, expiry records, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Loss & Damage ControlTake proper care of company property and stock and help prevent theft, misuse, wastage, or unauthorized removal of materials.
• CoordinationCoordinate with the play-area team, housekeeping, maintenance, accounts, and management for timely availability of required materials.

• Follow company rules, safety procedures, attendance requirements, and instructions from seniors.
• Maintain professional behaviour and discipline during working hours.

1. Confidentiality & Responsibility

• Keep store-related information, stock quantities, purchase details, and company records confidential.
• Be accountable for materials under their responsibility.

1. Other Duties

• Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store In-Charge, Operations Manager, or Management as required.
