Job Description

Store Officer

  1. Material Management - Regular day to day work—Material Indent, Receiving Material, Checking , Entry of Timely Recording of booking and issue.
  1. Plan to utilise Information Technology/Current system of the company to minimise repetitive work and in major process without compromising safety and quality. It can save valuable time, manpower and cost.
  1. Reconciliation of Material, Material consumption report, Fuel consumption report
  1. Physical Verification of Assets and Material on each month and strict control on Stock.
  1. Scrape Declaration and Sale as per Company’s guideline.
  1. Movement of Material from Store to site : Control of material issue and implementation of SOP.
  1. Share ideas on Material management, better utilisation of Store and minimise cost of store handling. Better utilisation resources.
  1. Ensure Safety of Material and Safety SOP for Loading, unloading and storing of material.
  1. Reporting/Reduction of Slow moving of Items, declaration of Non-moving item.
  1. Vendor Development, Market Survey, Procurement of Store material at competitive price.
  1. Subordinate development.
  1. Follow of Company’s code of conduct.
  1. Excellent co-ordiantion with Client, vendor and staffs to carry out work smoothly.
  1. Self development through Learning , implementation and sharing with colleagues. Add value to your performance.
