Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dial potential clients using prepared scripts or answer incoming consumer inquiries.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Explain product features, gauge interest, and pass qualified leads to the closing team.
  • Data Management: Update call notes, customer details, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly quotas for call volume, conversions, and issue resolutions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]


Requirements & Skills


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (graduation is preferred for advanced roles).
  • Communication: Clear verbal skills and active listening abilities.
  • Technical Literacy: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Resilience: Patience and a professional attitude when handling rejections.
