Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
  2. Handle inbound enquiries and provide basic product information.
  3. Explain solar PV modules, product specifications, pricing, warranty, and other details to customers.
  4. Identify and develop leads from dealers, distributors, EPC companies, installers, and channel partners.
  5. Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  6. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
  7. Prepare and share quotations, product details, datasheets, and other required information.
  8. Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM/ERP.
  9. Regularly follow up on quotations and convert potential leads into orders.
  10. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams regarding orders, payments, and dispatch status.
  11. Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
  12. Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
  13. Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products, and customer requirements.
  14. Prepare regular reports on calling activity, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati is an added advantage
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Good customer handling and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of cold calling and lead generation
  • Target-oriented approach
  • Basic knowledge of Solar PV Modules / Solar Industry
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP and MS Office
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain customer and lead records
