Job Description
- Make calls to clients and provide timely reminders.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending tasks and updates.
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients over the phone.
- Maintain a record of all calls and follow-up status.
- Update call remarks, such as Connected, CNR, Call Back, Reminder Given, and Follow-Up Pending.
- Share daily calling reports with the manager.
- Follow the calling list and instructions provided by the manager.
