Telecalling Executive

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a proactive, confident and target-oriented Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating qualified business leads through calling, WhatsApp, email marketing and digital outreach, while ensuring disciplined follow-up and CRM management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Calling & Lead Generation

• Make regular outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate, qualify and nurture new sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.

What’s app Marketing

• Conduct structured WhatsApp outreach to prospects and existing customers.
• Share new collections, product updates, offers and business communication as approved by the company.
• Maintain proper follow-up and response tracking.
• Email Marketing
• Execute targeted email campaigns to prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate email databases, campaigns and follow-ups.
• Track responses and convert interested prospects into qualified leads.

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain accurate customer and lead databases.
• Record calls, WhatsApp communication, emails, enquiries and follow-ups in CRM.
• Ensure 100% CRM adherence and timely data updating.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and closure.

Sales Coordination & Customer Follow-up

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales/BD teams on qualified leads.
• Ensure no potential lead is missed or left without follow-up.
