Telecalling Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to connect with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a customer-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
