Telecalling Sales Executive – Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads.
• Explain Jogi Ayurved's treatments, services and consultation process to potential patients.
• Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert enquiries/leads into appointments and consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Handle patient questions professionally and coordinate with the relevant hospital team when required.
• Follow up with patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked an appointment.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up and appointment/conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while communicating with patients.

Eligibility

• Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply.
• 2- 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, healthcare sales, patient counselling or a similar role.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, Ayurvedic, wellness or related service industries will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, persuasive and patient-friendly communication.
