Telesales Executive

We are looking for energetic, confident, and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing team at Softieons, an IT company offering software solutions, CRM products, websites, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Contact potential customers and explain our software products and services.
• Generate new leads through basic online research and calling when required.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Identify customer requirements and generate interest in our products.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Work towards daily calling targets and monthly sales lead-generation goals.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and a confident speaking style.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
• Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
• Ability to handle customer questions and follow up consistently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
