Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹30,000–₹45,000/month, based on experience.

Paid on time, always.

About Us: We're a 10-year-old private limited company in the ecommerce/dropshipping space. Started in Chennai, now partnered with 800+ suppliers across India. We are currently setting up a sales position in Surat.

Role: We're hiring one telesales executive in Surat — someone genuinely good at this, not someone testing the waters.

Responsibilites:

• Leads shared daily via Google Sheet/CRM
• Call all the provided leads
• Explain the business model clearly and confidently — without reading from a script
• Handle objections, answer questions honestly
• Follow up until they join or clearly decline — many conversions might happen on the 6th or 7th call, not the first
• Update lead status after every single call, without being reminded
• Keep every call recordings made
• Hit call/revenue targets and report numbers honestly — we will know if they're inflated
• Daily reporting

What we expect from you:

• Fluent in Enblish & Hindi — real conversation, not reading lines
• Confident, able to actually sell
• Self-disciplined — no one is reminding you to make calls
• Honest, always
• Looking job for the long term, not a 2-month gig
• Patient with follow-ups
• Preferred if you speak any other regional languages
• Reports on your own work daily, without being chased
• While we might provide mobile and sim for calling, we expect you to bring your own laptop if available

How this works day to day: You'll report directly to me. I'll train you in person and tell you exactly how conversion works, and where you actually add value on top of that. If you do the work — respond on time, call back when you say you will, report honestly — there will be no unnecessary pressure from my side and we can take this gig for long.

Training: In-person training provided.
