Textile Fabric Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

 Handle fabric merchandising activities from order confirmation to dispatch.

 Coordinate with buyers, production, planning, and quality teams.

 Follow up on sampling, approvals, production schedules, and deliveries.

 Maintain order status, documentation, and merchandising records.

 Communicate with customers regarding order updates and delivery timelines.

 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fabric availability and timely execution.

 Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met.

 Prepare reports using MS Excel and maintain accurate merchandising data.

Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of textile fabrics and merchandising processes.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

 Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Female candidate with 3–4 years of experience in textile fabric merchandising.

 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced textile

environment.

 Immediate joiners will be preferred.
