Job Description
Designation : Travel Consultant
• Handle domestic & international travel and tour package enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable destinations/packages.
• Prepare customized day-wise itineraries and quotations.
• Handle hotel, flight, sightseeing, transfers and activity arrangements.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, suppliers and operations team.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare accurate package costing, inclusions/exclusions and final itineraries.
• Maintain enquiry and booking records.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion and profit targets.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) required.
Required Skills:
Travel & destination knowledge, itinerary planning, customer handling, sales & negotiation, follow-up skills, basic Excel knowledge and good English communication.
