Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various online and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
