Senior Field Sales Executive

### Job Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) working in the field.

* Monitor daily field visits, merchant revisits, and sales performance.

* Ensure achievement of assigned team targets.

* Guide team members on merchant engagement, onboarding, and GPay product awareness.

* Track team productivity and prepare daily performance reports.

* Conduct regular field visits to support and motivate team members.

* Resolve merchant-related issues and coordinate with the management team.

* Train new team members and improve overall team performance.

### Eligibility Criteria

* Previous experience in team handling, field sales, or business development.

* Experience in fintech, digital payments, merchant acquisition, or QR/soundbox sales is preferred.

* Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

* Ability to manage field teams and achieve targets.

* Knowledge of smartphones, Google Maps, and basic reporting tools.

* Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for field operations.
