Restaurant Manager – Burger Buddy\
Experience: 2–3 Years in Restaurant / QSR Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Burger BuddyBurger Buddy is a growing burger and QSR brand focused on handcrafted burgers, quality food, customer satisfaction and consistent restaurant experiences. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to lead our outlet operations.
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train and manage kitchen and service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling and sales reconciliation.
- Manage inventory, stock control, food wastage and material consumption.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor Zomato, Swiggy and takeaway operations.
- Implement company SOPs and maintain operational discipline.
- Prepare daily sales, staff attendance and operational reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation and performance.
- Coordinate with the owner and management for business improvements.
- Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in restaurant or QSR management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant inventory and stock management.
- Understanding of food cost, wastage control and sales reporting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve operational problems.
- Disciplined, responsible and result-oriented attitude.
What We Are Looking ForWe need someone who can independently manage restaurant operations, take responsibility, maintain high standards and lead the team effectively.
Important: We are looking for an active, hands-on manager who understands restaurant operations—not someone who only supervises from an office.
